Phone Credit / Debit Card Orders
Details are processed through Barclaycard Merchant
Services.
• You will receive a printed pdq receipt along with your invoice
via post.
• Your card details are destroyed following the transaction.
Paypal
We can send you a link to an invoice prepared
by us to allow you to pay online using the Paypal facilities.
Bank Transfer
By arrangement, we can accept bank transfers
to the Earthtools account.
Cheque
Call us old fashioned.. we still accept cheques.

Delivery (UK)
Following clearance of funds (straight away if
paying by Credit/Debit card) we will prepare your order for despatch,
or if you have specified a delivery date this will be logged into
our system.
As stated, we will deliver the chosen products to your desired location
within the UK in four working days.
For fireplaces pallet delivery is £69+vat
= £81.07
If you order an insert, grate/basket, granite hearth with your fireplace
there is no additional cost to delivery charge.
If ordering just an insert or hearth, delivery
is £40+vat= £47.00
For grate/baskets delivery is £45+vat
= £52.87
Delivery (Europe)
Following payment and clearance of funds your
order will be dispatched at the next available opportunity. This
usually means a delivery time of approx. 1 week.
Delivery (USA)
We arrange transport to Dockside. Any import
tax or duty due on imported products is payable by the buyer upon
collection.
Please allow up to four weeks for delivery
For USA customers we can arrange direct payment to our supplier,
letting you avoid the vat charge.

We are so sure you will be delighted with the
fireplaces we supply, we are offering a 7 day money back guarantee.
If you are not happy with your fireplace you can return it within
7 days, in the original condition and in the original packaging,
for a full refund.
